So we gave him the go ahead. He built it to schedule, including the internal fittings I chose as the project evolved, installing a pathway for winter access and landscaping the site. He managed and created the project from start to finish organising deliveries to be as considerate as possible to us and our quite tricky access, leaving the site tidy. We now have a beautiful timber framed studio we use for our arts and crafts which also provides the most perfect party venue (we have hosted sit down meals for 30 guests).
